be a part of your most important event and we truly consider it an
honor. Please make a copy of the contract and send it back thru
snail mail with your deposit. If you so desire, to make sure we
have your date reserved you are welcome to e-mail it also with the
date of the wedding in the subject line. ALL
CORRESPONDENCE FROM NOW ON MUST HAVE YOUR WEDDING DATE IN THE
SUBJECT LINE as that will be your file number as we file
by dates not names and need to keep things in order.
Vows can be E-mailed also but again
ALL CORRESPONDENCE FROM NOW ON MUST HAVE YOUR WEDDING DATE IN THE
SUBJECT LINE and must have names inserted in all the right
blanks.... exactly as you want to be called....Full name, nick
name, first name etc. otherwise we are not responsible for
calling you Susie or Harry :-) Remember you are welcome to cut
and paste and even write your own (and
we will be glad to help you with that if you so desire)
and we would like to have them back a week before the
wedding date.

stay the
30 min. after) over that time arrangements must be made ahead of
time and
price negotiated. We schedule more than one wedding a day and
timing is very important to us. If you run over an hour, there
will be a $25 fee for each 15 min. over the hour.

Please designate the vows to be used in your ceremony
A check will be accepted for Deposit but remainder of fees must be
paid in
cash or certified check. Unfortunately, this is due to some
circumstances in
the past. Therefore, thank you for taking care of this before
wedding is
performed. Once signed below, no changes can be made in this
agreement, and
it cannot be canceled. In the event that the undersigned wishes
to cancel
the performance or that the performance cannot take place through
no fault
of "Minister"; by reasons other that those state about the
undersigned
remains liable for the total amount above. If the "Minister" for
some
reason such as death, sickness, or accident beyond their control:
"Minister" will offer to book another Minister if that is not
possible all
monies received will be returned to "provider" This contract is
therefore
considered by both said parities to be legal and binding in
accordance to
the conditions set forth herein.
